Revenue

Income for this Site comes from paying customers. They can either purchase content individually, or they can purchase a subscription which gives them access to all new content. They can either view the content online or download the originals. We have no plans to put third party advertising on The Site.

Paid subscribers have the ability to comment, vote on content, and interact directly with Models and Artists.

Content Creation

Actual content is either produced in-house or provided by third parties. These third party content creators are vetted and monitored by us. The general public is NOT able to upload content to The Site. In practice, this means that we will enter into an agreement with photographers or videographers who will create, edit, and upload their own content for sale to our customers.

Before being allowed to upload content, a process of application and approval will ensure that the content creator is not violating our rules or any laws. Once approved as a content provider, we will check all new submissions before the content is visible to the general public, again to ensure that the content provider is not violating our rules or any laws.

Content creators are called "Artists", and can be a company or an individual. Each Artist can optionally have their own "blog" page where their content and any user interaction can be featured.

Saleable Content Types

We currently allow Artists to create Image Galleries (a collection of pictures that can be viewed as a slideshow online or downloaded as a Zip file), or Videos (also viewable online or downloaded).

In future, we will allow physical product, with inventory levels and color and style options. This could be used for T-shirts or posters, for example. Purchases made this way will be like eBay, where the content provider is responsible for fulfillment and we handle payment processing. We would keep a fixed percentage of this income.

Models

Any person that appears in any content must be identified as a Model. Because all content is flagged with the models that appear, a model can be in more than one artist's content. This allows people to search either by artist or model.

Models must be identified and age-verified before they can appear on The Site. Their "real life" identity is never made public, but must be on record to ensure the legality and safety of The Site. This means that content posted from an artist is subject to two verifications: once for the Artist, and once for the Model. Once a model has been age verified the only confirmation required is to ensure that the Model appearing in the content is actually the Model they are marked as.

Models also can optionally have a "blog" page where their content is featured, and any blog posts they might want to create. These posts can have user interaction (comments). Also Models can host chat rooms where users can interact in real time.

Payout

Our goal is to pay content providers 50% of profit earned from their content, and possibly an even higher percentage once The Site is established. This will attract competent content providers and ensure that there is an incentive for top quality Photographers, Videographers, and Models.

We calculate what to pay the content providers based on dividing payment or subscription fees by the amount of content the user has viewed. For heavy site users this may only be a small amount per view, however the goal would be to build Site traffic so that overall payments per content provider become significant.

Individual content may be purchased separately from subscriptions, which would allow casual users to only purchase one or two items directly. This is because many people are not interested in a subscription, or might be sampling to determine if quality is worth subscribing. Although artists can define their own prices in some cases, the normal image gallery price or video view is $5.25, which is comparable to the price of an adult magazine.

Payout will be calculated and distributed monthly after all income and expenses are calculated.
